I have had one report that AVG reports the latest version of BlackvueDownloader.exe has possibly having a Id.generic malware.
(Commonly false positive - see here: https://www.pcrisk.com/removal-guides/1 ... ic-malware)
This is a very common false positive, and be reassured that no such malware is contained within BlackvueDownloader, certainly the Windows 10 store has significant checks for bad behaviour but also viruses/malware.
This is also the check I get when I upload the 4.2.0 version to VirusTotal
