I've installed the app on a laptop and there is no way I can change the Max speed reported in miles/h to km/h below the camera picture. The app displays whatever it feels like.

The app description says this:
GPS Features
- Display highest speed for each dashcam.
(miles/hr or kms/hr)

WHERE is the setting to change that?

It is set in the Windows settings. There is a post detailing where. I’ll link here later

Regional Settings
Additional Settings
US or Metric the one to change
