Can someone tell me what might be going wrong here?

Probably either there is a file issue for that first file which would be unlikely (can try changing order of priority to see if makes difference)
But most likely:
The cameras connection to wifi is likely quite slow and your timeout value is set to low
Edit camera details and increase the timeout (in seconds) to a high value defaults to 5 minutes I recall. Increase it to 12000 or something high
May need to improve wifi connection
